AVERY COOPER

Avery grew up in Sedro-Woolley, Washington. He is emphatically involved with sports. From written to audio sports reporting, to radio play-by-play, Avery is ready to explore the sports-play-by-play world. Through powerful communication, he can help you feel like you're at the game when you are away from the game. Since May 2023, Avery has been the voice of the Billings Mustangs in the Pioneer Baseball League, an independent Major League Baseball Partner League. Graduating from Washington State University amidst the pandemic in Spring 2020, he spent a year at Inland Northwest Broadcasting as a News Manager while handling play-by-play duties. In August 2021, Avery moved to Taylorville, Illinois, to work as a news anchor and play-by-play voice of Taylorville Girls Basketball.  He interviewed guests, produced audio news packages, and created compelling play-by-play. In 2022, the Illinois Broadcaster's Association named him the Best Small-Market Play-by-play broadcaster for his work in 2021.
